No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest everytime.
However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.
Please click on “Login/Register” or the My Account Icon followed by ‘Create An Account’ and fill in your personal particulars.
Please go to Login and enter your registered Email address. click on Continue and click on Login with OTP. An OTP will be sent to your registered Email address.
Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.
We accept various payment methods, N-genius card payment globally, Cash On Delivery ( COD ) and Tabby for GCC countries, and other secure online payment options. Check our checkout page for a list of accepted payment methods. You may be redirected to pay through another website during checkout
Cancellations are possible if your order has not entered the processing stage which is about a few minutes. To cancel the order, log in to your account, go to the order history, and follow the cancellation instructions there. 2: What if my order has already been processed?
If your order is already in the processing stage, cancellation may not be feasible. Contact our customer service as soon as possible for guidance. We’ll do our best to assist you.
3: How do I initiate a cancellation through customer service?

If your order is canceled successfully, you will receive a confirmation email, and any payment made will be refunded per our refund policy. After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and the billing and delivery address are verified. No, Delivery charges are not refundable. once shipments are marked as shipped we do not refund delivery charges.

Normally we deliver shipments within 2-5 Working days for local shipments and a bit longer for international deliveries.
While we don’t offer free samples for retail, some products may come with complimentary samples. Additionally, we provide detailed descriptions and customer reviews to help you make informed decisions about the product. Samples are provided for wholesale customers and distributors only.
You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.
Tracking your order with Azha perfumes is easy, when you place an order with us, you will receive an email confirmation of your order, and once your order is shipped out, you will receive another email notification with a tracking number and a link to track your package through the same email. You can use this information to track and monitor the delivery status of your order.

Yes, our perfume collection includes different concentrations, ranging from Eau de toilette to Eau de parfum. Our higher concentrations generally result in longer-lasting scents.
Because of FDA regulations for products containing alcohol, the majority of vials are partially filled. It’s important to understand that despite appearing “half-filled,” these vials still contain the advertised net weight. The shorter vials, though they may seem less filled, have a larger diameter and contain the correct amount of product. Please be aware that all our products are entirely new and have never been used.
Eau de Parfum has a higher concentration of fragrance oils, making it more potent and longer-lasting than Eau de Toilette, which has a lighter scent and is ideal for daily use.
Regrettably, the natural chemistry of your body accelerates the evaporation of perfumes from your skin, often referred to as the skin ‘throwing off’ fragrance. Rather than enduring for the typical 3 to 4 hours, an eau de toilette may vanish in an hour, sometimes even less. The speed of evaporation on your skin can triple or quadruple.
