ORDER STATUS
Upon placing an order, you will promptly receive a confirmation email containing your order confirmation number and pertinent details. Our team will then prepare and dispatch your items, entrusting them to our esteemed partners, Aramex or Century Express, for delivery to your specified address. Upon dispatch, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your order’s progress. You may also track your order via our website at azhaperfumes.com/track-order.
Shipments within the United Arab Emirates are managed by Century Express, while international orders are processed by Aramex. You can easily track your order on the respective courier’s website using the provided tracking number.
Please be aware that order status updates may take up to 48 hours to reflect post-order placement, with an extended timeframe of up to 72 hours during weekends and holidays.

We offer standard international delivery for all orders originating from UAE, Oman, and Bahrain. Delivery times commence upon order acceptance and approval, with estimates provided below. Actual delivery times may vary based on the shipping address and local customs procedures.
